Travel

We will depart school on Friday, October 28th at 11:30, so students will miss the last two periods that day (it's a B day). You'll be excused for a field trip those two periods, but you need to check in with those teachers. Coach Croston and I will be driving an activity bus and a large SUV, respectively. All athletes will travel together with us. We'll go directly to the course, which is open until 5:30 p.m., walk the course, then go to the hotel to check in and get ready for dinner. We have a reservation at BJ's for Friday night for the team.

We'll head back to Austin after the races on Saturday morning, and should be back to school mid afternoon (we'll stop for lunch).

Hotel

We are staying at the Hyatt Place Corpus Christi, 6773 S. Padre Island Dr, Corpus Christi, TX 78412. They have a hot and cold breakfast, so we should be good for breakfast options on Saturday. There will be two rooms for boys and two rooms for girls. The beds are queen (not double) and each student room has an additional couch that folds into a bed.
