In person practices are currently cancelled, but we still have several options to keep participating with the team! On Mondays and Wednesdays, the captains are hosting strength workouts over Zoom from 8 pm - 8:45 pm. The link for these workouts will be posted in the Remind. On the days we would have practice (Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays), the Google calendar will be updated with workouts for you to do on your own. You can access this under the Calendar tab on the website or here. Send in pictures of you after your runs to the captains to be featured on the lasa xc Instagram page.
