Because the bus will depart to St. Andrew's at 6:45 am, you need to be at LASA by around 6:30 if you are riding the bus. If you are driving to the meet, you should arrive about 1 hour and 15 minutes before your race starts.

Course: 5K, 3.12 miles

8:30 am - Varsity Girls 5-6A 5K

9:00 am - Varsity Boys 5-6A 5K

9:30 am - Varsity Girls 1-4A 2mi

10:00 am - Varsity Boys 1-4A 5K

10:30 am - JV Girls 2mi

11:00 am - JV Boys 5K

11:30 am - Awards
