Summer Practice #2

Hey guys! Thanks for coming out today with us to run a fartlek! It was great to meet all of you and we hope to see you on Saturday for a long run at 6:00 AM at Philosopher's Rock. Heads up, Magnolia Cafe is a likely stop after our run Saturday, and pancakes always taste best after you run.
